Refund policy
When the buyer receives defective products or receives wrong products, please contact us within 30 days from the shipping date. If there are same products in stock, we will replace them as soon as possible, for tailored products (kimono, obi), we will retailor them.
*If the product is not in stock, we will return the product or refunded.
We do not accept replacement for products that fall under any of the following:
Products after 30 days from the shipping date
Opened and used products ( exclude defective product)
Any product which shows signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, scuffing, etc.)
Sale products (Discounted products), Lucky bag products
Returns will not be accepted for items without tags or accessories.
Please be sure to include them when returning the product.

Returns and exchanges at the convenience of the buyer
As a general rule, when buyer is not satisfied with the product or size, exchanges and returns are acceptable only if the products are unopened and unused. Please contact us within 10 days of product arrival.
*After 30 days from the shipping date, we will not accept exchanges and returns, so please check the product immediately after it arrives
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the delivered product cannot be stocked or resold, such as when it has been lost or used.

*When the payment was made in credit card, our shop will cancel the payment. For further infotmtion, please contact your credit card company.
